چکیده مقاله:
Due to fossil fuels limited potential and increasing the greenhouse gases that released from burning coal and oil that caused to global warming, climate change and environmental pollutions, make scientifics to use renewable energy sources to supply world electricity demand in future. The wind energy is one of the renewable energy sources and has an important potential role. Its clean, economic, practical and environmentally friendship draw attention from business circles and political and individuals. Wind is one of the meteorological variables, occurs by pressure gradient and these gradients cause to temperature gradients. It can be described as a motion of air mass with kinetic and potential energy. The wind introduce by its velocity and direction, these parameters depend on longitude, climate conditions, high from earth surface, latitude, attitude and time. The wind turbine is devices that give a part of kinetic energy from wind and convert into electricity available. The important parameter in the wind turbines is the longer the blades and diameter of the turbine and with Increasing the rotor diameter and wind speed the amount of rated power will be increased. Wind energy conversion systems depended on aerodynamic drag and aerodynamic lift and according to their power converter classification to horizontal and vertical types. In this paper we study about wind turbines,wind farms, offshore wind turbines and presented a review for wind energy
