Relationship between Social-awareness and health literacy in patients with covid۱۹

Introduction: During the epidemic, people face various health risks that affect their personal life one of the effective factors of Social-awareness. Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytical correlational study on ۲۵۰ patients with COVID-۱۹ at Imam Khomeini Hospital of Urmia in ۲۰۲۰ who were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were demographic questionnaire, information literacy, and Social-awareness. Data were collected using software SPSS and descriptive statistics including relative and absolute frequency distributions to describe data. The chi-square test and Spearman correlation were used to examine the relationship between variables. Results: There is a statistically significant correlation between health literacy and Social-awareness (p-value < ۰.۰۵). Conclusion: In this study, there is a relationship between Social-awareness and health literacy.
