چکیده مقاله:

The mystical geometry is similar to mathematical geometry. It has a transcendent and interpretive aspect that needs to be sought in the inner world or beyond nature. Aref often expressed his teachings and knowledge from the higher realms through words and gestures, highlighting the need to understand this language and examine its interpretations. This research employs a descriptive-interpretative and analytical method based on library data to explore the usage of geometric terms in some mystical texts. The findings indicate that mystical geometry goes far beyond the science of geometry. For example, a point signifies unity and the center of existence. A line represents the supreme name, which is manifested in the perfect human. A circle symbolizes the continuity and repetition of God's manifestations. The circle is a symbol of the alignment of beginnings and ends to the origin. A triangle reminds us of the threefold nature of the soul; the three worlds: heavenly, earthly, and purgatory; and the threefold divine attributes: essence, names, and qualities. A square symbolizes stillness, tranquility, and stability in spiritual journeying, particularly recalling the seated square position. The cube is manifested in the Kaaba and signifies the four main directions, embodying the stability of mystical teachings.
