Assessment and Ranking of Execution Risks of Micropiles in the Foundations of Construction Projects in City Ahvaz

The aim of this research is to assess and rank the risks associated with the implementation of micropiles in the foundations of construction projects in the city of Ahvaz. The research method employed in this study is applied in terms of its objective, descriptive in terms of its approach, and utilizes a questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data for describing the research variables and explaining the relationships between them. The statistical population of this study includes managers and experts in the design and construction of buildings, who responded to the questionnaires. Frequency distribution tables were used to describe the data, and Excel and SPSS software were employed for the inference and analysis of the data. According to the risk comparison chart for the execution stage risks, it is observed that the highest priority risks, in order, include: selecting the precise drilling location, damaging adjacent structures, the risk of cement, and encountering hydraulic failure in the ground, which are considered the innovations of this research.
