چکیده مقاله:

With the rapid growth of urban populations and spatial limitations in metropolitan areas, the need for constructing high-rise buildings has become increasingly evident. These structures not only offer an efficient solution for land use but also symbolize technological advancement, engineering innovation, and contemporary architectural expression. Designing such buildings involves challenges like lateral loads (wind and earthquakes), deformation control, fire safety, and environmental considerations. This article explores modern methods and technologies in high-rise structural design, including innovative systems such as Buttressed Core, Diagrid, Core-Outrigger, and Mega Frame. Each system offers unique advantages, such as enhanced resistance to lateral forces, reduced material consumption, and the ability to design slender and tall buildings. Advanced materials like ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), carbon fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRP), and high-strength steel (HSS) play a crucial role in improving safety and reducing structural weight. Techniques such as parametricdesign, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and modular prefabrication contribute to faster construction, reduced waste, and improved quality. In the context of seismic design, the article discusses lateral resistance systems including shear walls, moment-resisting frames, hybrid systems, and the use of dampers and seismic isolators. Iconic examples like Burj Khalifa, Taipei ۱۰۱, and Shanghai Tower demonstrate how precise design, advanced materials, and dynamic analysis can ensure stability against earthquakes and wind. Ultimately, high-rise design in the ۲۱st century has evolved into a fusion of safety, sustainability, aesthetics, and intelligence-reflecting the future of urban architecture.
