چکیده مقاله:

Emotional resilience is a critical component of successful language learning, particularly for students who face emotional challenges such as anxiety, shyness, and fear of failure. This article examines the multifaceted role of emotional resilience in education, focusing on strategies to foster it in language learning contexts. It highlights the importance of leveraging positive emotions, developing emotional intelligence (EI), employing relaxation techniques, practicing cognitive reframing, and engaging in empathy-based activities. The role of teachers is emphasized as pivotal in creating supportive learning environments, modeling resilience, and integrating resilience-building practices into the curriculum. Case studies from programs like SEE Learning, SPARK Resilience, and MindMatters illustrate practical applications and their positive outcomes. The article also addresses challenges such as time constraints, limited resources, and resistance from stakeholders while offering actionable considerations for overcoming these barriers.
