A Review on AIOps: Integrating Artificial Intelligence into DevOps Pipelines

The increasing complexity of modern DevOps environments has led to significant challenges in monitoring, fault detection, and operational decision-making. Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) has emerged as a promising approach to enhance DevOps pipelines by leveraging machine learning and deep learning techniques for intelligent automation. This paper presents a comprehensive review of AIOps concepts, architectures, and core techniques integrated into DevOps practices. Key applications such as anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics are discussed. Finally, existing challenges and future research directions, including explainable AI and large language models, are highlighted.
