چکیده مقاله:
the mining industry is among the most hazardous industries worldwide, and accidents arising from mining operations pose serious threats to workers' lives and production sustainability. This paper examines the emerging safety outlook in mines by analyzing the role of two key factors: safety culture and intelligent technologies. First, the concept of safety culture, its indicators, and its components at a global level are explored, along with its impact on reducing accidents and improving safety performance. Next, modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, digital systems, and autonomous equipment are introduced, and their applications and limitations in mining operations are discussed. A review of the literature indicates that integrating safety culture with advanced technologies can significantly reduce accidents and enhance monitoring and decision-making in mining environments. The findings also reveal that major challenges include equipment costs, the lack of high-quality data, the need for workforce training, and the creation of a positive organizational mindset. This study suggests that the future of mine safety depends on the convergence of organizational culture and advanced technologies to elevate safety to a sustainable and predictable level.
