چکیده مقاله:

Emerging contaminants such as nanoplastics and personalized food allergens pose significant risks to food safety, particularly in minimally processed foods where traditional detection methods fall short in providing real-time monitoring. This study presents the development of hybrid biosensors integrating quantum dots (QDs) and antibodies for sensitive, rapid detection. The biosensors utilize fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) mechanisms, achieving detection limits as low as ۰.۱ ng/mL for nanoplastics and ۵۰ ng/mL for allergens like Ara h ۱ in peanut-based products. Experimental results demonstrate ۹۵% accuracy in real-time assays on samples like fresh salads and juices. These biosensors offer a portable, cost-effective solution for on-site monitoring, enhancing food safety protocols.
