چکیده مقاله:
In recent decades, the food industry has undergone significant transformations with the emergence of novel processed foods. These foods are designed to enhance convenience, improve nutritional value, and extend shelf life. Advanced technologies such as high-pressure processing, ۳D food printing, genetic engineering, and functional additives play a vital role in this field. While the benefits are remarkable including increased productivity, nutritional enrichment, resilience to environmental stressors, and reduced food waste. there are also concerns related to long-term safety, allergenicity, environmental impacts, and ethical issues. Differences in regulatory approaches, cultural perceptions, and the media's influence on public opinion have significantly shaped the acceptance or resistance toward these products. As food technologies continue to evolve, balancing innovation with health, biosafety, and environmental sustainability remains an essential priority.
