چکیده مقاله:

The footprint of climate change on migration trends in recent years has been observed in conducted research, and the answer to whether climate change has caused an increase or decrease in migration rates needs to be clarified. The relationship between climate change and migration in recent years has attracted considerable attention as both continue shaping global events. This article comprehensively reviews the multidimensional interactions between climate change and migration, drawing on scientific literature. It examines dynamics through which climate variations affect migration patterns, including forced and voluntary movements. Additionally, this study delves into the socio-economic, political, and cultural dimensions mediating the relationship between environmental changes and human mobility. Furthermore, it discusses the consequences of climate-induced migration at various scales, from local communities to international politics. Moreover, it underscores the importance of adopting holistic approaches in addressing challenges related to climate-related migration, emphasizing a unified perspective. The results indicate a comprehensive three-tiered cognitive framework such as: ۱. Empirical dynamics constitute the outermost layer and encompass all observable changes. ۲. Real dynamics are in the form of structural and functional driving forces. ۳. Actual dynamics involve structural differentiations and procedural differentiations. This analysis can lead to a deeper understanding of migration in different regions and countries and open up newer horizons for managing and planning solutions to challenges arising from climate-induced displacements.
