The Role and Significance of the Process-oriented Factors in Enhancing the Quality of the English Language Education in the Educational Settings

The aim of this present study is to investigate the role and position of effective process factors on the quality of English language teaching in educational environments. Effective process factors on the quality of English language teaching in educational settings refer to a set of actions carried out during teaching and learning that determine how instruction progresses, rather than merely the content selected. Therefore, true quality is realized when there is precise educational planning, clear definition of learning objectives for various skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and activities are designed based on a logical and step-by-step approach so that learners know what to focus on in each session and how to achieve it. Additionally, the role of interaction processes between teachers and learners is highly decisive; when teachers provide valid language examples, create sufficient practice opportunities, give timely feedback, and emphasize constructive error correction at appropriate moments, learning shifts from a one-way transmission to an active and continuous experience. The methodology of this research is correlational and applied. The statistical population of this study includes all teachers, experts, and researchers in the field of English language teaching in the city of Hashtgerd. For data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, consisting of ۳۵ Likert-scale questions. Its validity was confirmed by expert professors, and its reliability was estimated at ۰.۹۰ using Cronbach's alpha test. It is worth mentioning that all data processing operations were performed with SPSS version ۲۳. The results indicated that process factors play an effective role in the quality of English language teaching in educational environments.
