چکیده مقاله:

Recent advances in artificial intelligence have begun to reshape educational systems, particularly by enabling learning experiences tailored to individual learners. In language education, AI-driven technologies offer new opportunities to enhance both the effectiveness and quality of instruction. This article explores how artificial intelligence can support personalized language learning through principles derived from cognitive science. The study first reviews theoretical perspectives on AI in education alongside key cognitive concepts related to learning. It then examines how AI technologies can be used to design adaptive and personalized learning environments. The analysis suggests that integrating cognitive science principles with AI tools can lead to more intelligent instructional systems capable of adjusting content difficulty, practice types, and feedback according to learners' cognitive capacities. Moreover, real-time feedback and learning analytics may strengthen learner motivation, engagement, and progress. The paper also outlines key challenges and highlights directions for future research.
