AI-Based Modeling of Dynamic & Integrated Semantics in Era of Deglobalization: Explaining Contextual Meaning-Making Processes in Post-Crisis Discourses

The global shift towards deglobalization, coupled with the emergence of post-crisis environments (socio-economic and public health crises), has fundamentally altered the mechanisms of meaning-making in public and political discourses. Traditional static semantic models fail to capture the fluid, "situated" nature of meaning in these contexts. This paper proposes a dynamic and integrated semantic model that explains how meaning is constructed through the interaction of linguistic structures, cognitive frames, and local-global tensions. By leveraging the principles of Generative Grammar and Cognitive Linguistics, and integrating them with Large Language Models, we analyze how "situatedness" functions in post-crisis discourse. Our findings suggest that in the era of deglobalization, semantics is increasingly driven by "decentralized" schemas, requiring AI systems to move beyond distributive semantics toward integrated, context-aware frameworks.
