چکیده مقاله:

In project-based industries, supply chain configuration plays a critical role in ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and strategic alignment. Unlike mass-production environments, such supply chains operate under high demand variability, product customization, and strict quality requirements. This study presents a strategic analysis and network integration evaluation of a project-based supply chain through an in-depth case study of Nowdar Company, a manufacturer of safety and fire-resistant doors. The research adopts a qualitative case study methodology based on field observations, structured interviews, and document analysis. The SCOR ۱۲.۰ framework is employed as the primary analytical tool to examine process integration, performance dimensions, and strategic consistency across planning, sourcing, production, and delivery activities. Findings indicate that the company's centralized network structure and make-to-order production strategy are aligned with its differentiation-based competitive approach. The supply chain demonstrates strong responsiveness and flexibility; however, opportunities exist for enhanced information integration and risk mitigation in sourcing activities. This study contributes to the literature by linking strategic supply chain alignment with network integration assessment in project-driven manufacturing contexts. The findings provide practical insights for industrial firms seeking to evaluate and strengthen their supply chain performance using structured reference models.
