چکیده مقاله:

This review article examines the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) and investigates how human-resource practices contribute to the successful implementation of quality-management systems in modern organizations. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of employees, leadership, organizational culture, training, and motivation in supporting continuous improvement and achieving organizational excellence. Considering the increasing importance of human capital in competitive and knowledge-based environments, the article also explores how HRM and TQM can be strategically integrated to improve organizational performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The research adopts a review-based methodology and synthesizes previous theoretical and empirical studies related to HRM and TQM integration. The findings indicate that HRM practices such as employee empowerment, participation, leadership support, communication, training and development, performance evaluation, and reward systems significantly influence the effectiveness of TQM implementation. The review further demonstrates that organizations aligning HRM systems with TQM principles are more likely to achieve higher employee commitment, stronger organizational culture, improved quality performance, innovation capability, and sustainable competitive advantage
