In this study, a mathematical model based on a system of nonlinear differential equations is presented for clinical tumor analysis and the effects of anti-TIGIT treatment. This model aims to provide a mathematical description of the clinical development of anti-TIGIT antibodies and an overview of the factors considered and thought process during early clinical development.
