چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Introduction: While the demonstration of a link between attention and motor skill performance provides a key insight into the interaction between cognitive and motor processes, further critical insights can be gained by investigating the relationship between the multiple functions of attention and athletic motor skill performance. One of important studied components of attention in athletes has been the voluntary orienting of visual attention. Methods: The design of the study was semi-experimental with pretest and posttest. A total of ۲۰ girl students participated in study. Visual search group (n=۱۰) received visual search training as color balls and control group (n=۱۰) have did usual training of table tennis without cognitive factor. Participants performed attention networks test in pre and post of ۸ sessions of training (۱). Data were analyzed by means of statistical methods of repeated mixed ANOVA and SPSS ۲۲ software in the significant level of ۰.۰۵. Results The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of visual search training on efficiency of attentional network. Conclusion Results showed significant differences between attentional networks (p=.۰۰۰۱), between pre-post (p=.۰۰۳) and interaction group in pre-post (p=.۰۵), While Results showed no significant differences between group in attentional networks (P=.۵۶). Based on study results, it seems that visual search training has positive effect on attentional networks efficiency issue indicates increased effect of intra network communication and the flexibility of the brain toward repeating and practicing. And, this issue shows the effect of increasing the intra-network communications and the flexibility of the brain toward repeating and practicing Involvement of brain networks and facilitate of synaptic connection.
