چکیده مقاله:
In this research, the antiviral effect and toxicity of the mixed extract of four plants, pepper, onion, basil, and rosemary, were performed on the Attenuated SARS-CoV۲ virus. It had no cytotoxic effect in the cell and according to the obtained results, it was able to reduce the virus titer by ۲ logs in ۲ steps at a ratio of ۱:۱۵۰. On the other hand, the results of MTT test showed that the extract has no toxicity. According to this research, it is possible to prevent the growth of viruses orally with strong antioxidants, and it seems that the use of the mixture of extracts of the mentioned plants can be used in the treatment and control of other viruses as well. It is suggested to use mixtures of plant extracts containing many antioxidants and vitamins to treat viruses. Because synthetic drugs have many side effects and their use expires after some time and are questioned due to bad effects in different parts of the body.
