چکیده مقاله:

Recent global crises, including pandemics, natural disasters, industrial accidents, and climate-related emergencies, have highlighted the urgent need for integrated health-centered crisis management systems. This review investigates current evidence on the effectiveness of modern crisis-response frameworks in promoting public health, reducing mortality, and improving safety outcomes. The objective of the study is to identify key components of successful health-crisis management, including risk assessment, early warning systems, inter-sectoral coordination, and community-based preparedness. Findings from recent studies indicate that countries with robust surveillance systems, trained response teams, and digital decision-support tools achieved significantly better crisis outcomes with lower economic and social disruption. Moreover, integrated air-quality monitoring, hospital surge-capacity planning, and rapid communication strategies were shown to be essential determinants of effective emergency response. The review concludes that strengthening crisis-management infrastructures—through technology, education, and policy reforms—is critical for enhancing global health security. Developing nations, in particular, benefit from capacity building and international collaboration to mitigate the health impacts of emerging threats.
