The Transformative Impact of Instructional Coaching: Evidence-Based Strategies for Enhancing Teacher Practice and Student Achievement

Instructional coaching has emerged as a paradigm-shifting approach to professional development in educational settings. This article synthesizes historical development, empirical evidence, and theoretical frameworks to present a comprehensive analysis of coaching's impact on teacher practice and student outcomes.
