This research paper outlines the design and simulation of an electric vehicle charging station with a net-zero energy that is to be located in Tehran. The station will include photovoltaic arrays, vertical-axis wind turbines, the green hydrogen storage, and the localised renewable microgrid. Its design that consisted of eight fast and semi-fast chargers was simulated in the TRNSYS modeling framework, electrical loads varied between ۱۵kW to ۱۷۰kW and the hospitality reflected peak traffic designs. System boundary will include on-site production and the local renewable micro grid which will include fifty wind turbines. In times of energy shortage, firstly, there is use of stored hydrogen, second, microgrid power and third, as the final resort is a diesel generator. CO۲ emissions decreased by ۵۶,۸۰۰.۶۹ tons/year to ۳۵۰ tons/year and Loss of Power Supply Probability (LPSP) was increased by ۴۶,۰.۴۰۵۷ to ۰.۲۲, with a relatively higher cost.
