This paper introduces a revolutionary conceptual architecture for food safety, leveraging the convergence of cutting-edge technologies. The primary objective is to propose an integrated framework for the "autonomous containment of food chain collapse" through ultra-rapid monitoring, detection, and intervention. The presented research method is based on designing a cyber-physical system, whose core consists of hypersonic jet-UAVs equipped with "real-time aerial intelligence" and quantum sensors. These sensors are capable of identifying the "biological signature of food spoilage," real-time thermal stress mapping, genetic authenticity verification, and detection of texture degradation caused by transport shocks. A key mechanism of this system is the ultrasonic sampling of "food atmospheric air" and the application of embedded neural learning for the instant correction of food chemical composition. The conceptual results of this research include designing a technology transfer framework for industrial integration, along with an ultra-rapid food recall system and novel risk management protocols. Finally, the solution analysis demonstrates that this architecture will not only transform food safety on national and global scales but will also serve as a cornerstone for future smart and resilient food industries by accelerating innovation in clean nanotechnologies.
