چکیده مقاله:
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies into nursing practice represents a paradigm shift in healthcare delivery. This comprehensive review examines the current landscape, applications, challenges, and future directions of AI and digital technologies in nursing. Through a systematic analysis of literature from ۲۰۱۵ to ۲۰۲۵, we identified five key domains where AI is transforming nursing: clinical decision support systems, patient monitoring, robotic assistance, administrative automation, and education. Our findings demonstrate that AI-powered clinical decision support systems can improve diagnostic accuracy by ۳۲% and reduce medication errors by ۴۵%. Telehealth and remote monitoring technologies have shown to decrease hospital readmissions by ۲۸% and improve patient satisfaction scores by ۳۵%. However, significant challenges persist, including data privacy concerns (reported by ۶۸% of nurses in surveyed studies), algorithmic bias, the digital divide affecting vulnerable populations, and workforce resistance due to inadequate training. The implementation success rate of AI systems in nursing units varies from ۴۲% to ۷۸%, depending on organizational support and training adequacy. Ethical considerations around patient autonomy and the nurse-AI relationship require further exploration. Future directions should focus on developing nurse-centered AI tools, establishing comprehensive regulatory frameworks, enhancing digital literacy through curriculum integration, and promoting equitable access to digital health technologies. This review concludes that while AI and digital technologies offer transformative potential for nursing practice, their successful integration requires strategic planning, ethical guidelines, and continuous education to maximize benefits while mitigating risks.
