Urban Routes Evacuation in a Crisis Condition

Predicting critical conditions and planning for a critical situation must be priorityin transportation studies. In this paper two models are introduced to evaluate roadevacuation in a critical time. the accident. The first model finds the fastest routeand time traveling a specific road obtaining the minimum time between originand destination. In the second model, an algotithm is induced by considering theiteration which identifies two separate roads in a critical area to be secured in aminimum time.Finally the output of these models are used road analysis is done using twoparameters. Travel time and network capacity.
