چکیده مقاله:

Progress in the food industry, together with scientific development, growing customer interest in new products, and today's need for diversity, has caused new and special ways of production to appear. Among these ۳D food printing (۳DFP) is one of the most advanced technologies in today's food production, making it possible to prepare customized meals, lower food waste, and support the use of healthy and eco-friendly ingredients. The study explains the main principles and methods of ۳DFP, which include extrusion, laser sintering, and inkjet printing, and also talks about the basic qualities of food materials that can be printed, like gels, doughs, and powders. Finally, the study examines current challenges and future opportunities, with a special focus on smart materials and targeted nutrition applications.
