چکیده مقاله:
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) in psychological treatments, particularly for trauma therapy, offers a groundbreaking approach to mental health care. AI enables personalized, adaptive therapies by analyzing patient data such as emotional responses, trauma history, and triggers, allowing for the creation of dynamic, individualized treatment plans. This level of customization enhances the therapeutic process, making it more precise and effective compared to traditional methods. When combined with VR, which immerses patients in highly realistic, interactive environments, this approach allows individuals to confront their trauma in a controlled, engaging setting. VR's sensory engagement-through sight, sound, and touch-provides a deeper, more visceral experience than verbal or cognitive therapies alone, facilitating emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring. Additionally, AI's ability to monitor real-time data from patients during VR simulations ensures that the intensity of the exposure is appropriately adjusted to the patient's emotional state, providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. One of the primary benefits of this AI-VR combination is its capacity to reduce the stigma and barriers associated with traditional therapy by offering a private, remote treatment option that can be accessed in the comfort of the patient's home. Despite the promising potential, challenges such as high costs, data privacy concerns, and ensuring equitable access to these technologies remain. This paper explores the advantages, challenges, and future prospects of AI and VR in trauma therapy, highlighting their potential to transform mental health care and improve patient outcomes.
