چکیده مقاله:

The management of a multigenerational workforce within educational organizations has become increasingly critical as diverse age groups bring varying communication styles, technological proficiencies, work values, and attitudes towards change. This research addresses the pressing need to understand and navigate these challenges to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness. Using a comprehensive literature review, the study explores the primary challenges faced in multigenerational management, including differences in communication preferences, technological adaptation difficulties, varying work values, and resistance to change. To counter these challenges, the research identifies effective strategies such as tailored communication methods, customized training and development programs, flexible work policies, and inclusive change management initiatives. The study further examines the moderating factors that influence the success of these strategies, including organizational culture, leadership style, employee engagement, and the availability of development opportunities. The findings underscore the importance of a supportive organizational culture and transformational leadership in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The study concludes that educational organizations must adopt a holistic approach that considers these moderating factors to successfully manage a multigenerational workforce. By doing so, they can leverage the strengths of each generational cohort, thereby improving overall organizational cohesion and productivity. This research contributes valuable insights that can guide educational leaders in optimizing their management practices in increasingly diverse workplace environments.
