چکیده مقاله:

Crisis management in schools is of paramount importance as it can have direct and indirect impacts on the mental and physical health of students, staff, and the school community. The aim of this research is to conduct a comparative study of crisis management models in schools across different countries and identify suitable models for Iran's specific conditions. This study was conducted using a literature review and library research method. Scientific articles, books, reports, and reputable sources available in academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and specialized crisis management databases were searched and collected. The selected articles and sources were then reviewed and analyzed based on specific criteria such as scientific quality, citation counts, and direct relevance to the research topic. The findings indicated that inter-organizational coordination, continuous training, thorough planning, and the use of modern technologies are key factors in the successful management of school crises. Conversely, lack of financial and human resources, inadequate coordination and collaboration, insufficient planning, and resistance to change are major challenges in the successful implementation of crisis management models. For Iran's specific conditions, models based on inter-organizational coordination, prevention and education, technology and information, and localized models were identified as more suitable. Given Iran's cultural, economic, and social characteristics, the identified models can significantly improve crisis management in schools. Further research is recommended to evaluate the effectiveness of localized models and develop innovative technologies for predicting and managing crises.
