چکیده مقاله:

Global health emergencies place growing pressures on urgent care. This demands approaches that strengthen patient recoveries shorten admission periods unify care sequences and craft usable directives. Our analysis surveys progress between ۲۰۲۰ and ۲۰۲۵ with emphasis on handling intense clinical situations. We relied on PRISMA protocols to query PubMed Scopus and Web of Science for reviewed research on urgent unit actions. These spanned efficient operations team-based rules and proven instructions. We included English-language randomized experiments group follow-ups and descriptive evaluations but skipped untested materials or items predating ۲۰۲۰. Starting from ۱۱۰۰ entries we chose ۴۲ after filtering and evaluation with Joanna Briggs Institute methods. Data indicate that care sequences trim admission durations by ۲۰ to ۴۰ percent for severe incidents. Uniform rules lift survival odds by ۱۵ percent in injuries and blood infections. Team collaborations and directives sharpen choices dropping mistakes by ۲۵ percent. Hurdles involve limited supplies and worker fatigue worsened after the pandemic. Using tech in directives boosted fairness in neglected zones. From my viewpoint as a family doctor these details point to practical blends in everyday practice. We push for flexible systems to maintain progress and foresee paths enhanced by artificial intelligence for lasting strength. In sum such tactics shift disordered urgent spaces toward streamlined result-focused setups that advance worldwide wellness.
