چکیده مقاله:

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder among women of reproductive age, characterized by hyperandrogenism, ovulatory dysfunction, and polycystic ovarian morphology. Nutritional supplementation has gained attention as an adjunctive strategy for managing PCOS‑related metabolic and reproductive abnormalities. This review synthesizes evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and meta‑analyses published up to Fall ۲۰۲۵, focusing on inositol, vitamin D, omega‑۳ fatty acids, and chromium. All citations follow the Vancouver style, with references renumbered sequentially according to their appearance in the text.
