چکیده مقاله:

Sleep deprivation and occupational stress are among the most significant psychological and physiological factors that directly influence employees’ productivity in industrial environments. This study aims to investigate the interrelationship between sleep deprivation, job stress, and work efficiency among industrial employees. Using a descriptive–analytical approach, data were collected from various manufacturing and service companies through standardized questionnaires measuring sleep quality, perceived stress, and job performance. The results revealed that lack of adequate sleep has a strong negative correlation with job satisfaction, motivation, and overall productivity. Moreover, job stress mediates the relationship between poor sleep quality and decreased work performance. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating industrial and organizational psychology principles into occupational health programs to enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
