چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the mechanical properties of soft materials including Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers have been investigated using nanoindentation by atomic force microscope (AFM). The mechanical behavior of PVA scaffold nanofibers with random and aligned assemblies and different concentrations of PVA polymer was investigated. First, the PVA scaffold was made by the electrospinning method with random and aligned formats. Then, the mechanical properties of PVA scaffolds and nanofibers, such as modulus of elasticity (MOE) and adhesion, were studied by atomic force microscope (AFM) with respect to different scaffold assemblies and PVA polymer concentrations.
