One of the most important challenges raised in projects is construction site layout planning (CSLP) which overshadows the realization of project goals. CSLP optimizing is one of the most important things that bring economic savings, time savings, risk reduction, change reduction and etc. Since these issues are difficult, they have received less attention. In order to achieve the optimal answer in these problems, it is suggested to use meta-heuristic algorithms. So, in this research, genetic algorithms, multi-objective particle swarm and firefly were used. Different factors affect the optimal CSLP for the purpose of minimizing the cost. In this research, ۶ effective factors of optimal CSLP in the objective function were investigated. The objective function was obtained by combining the interactions of several stakeholders and agent-based modeling (ABM) in an integrated system. For a better understanding of the optimal CSLP and its related factors, case study was investigated using meta-heuristic algorithms. The results obtained from this research that the modeling of complex multi-stakeholder interactions in an integrated system, despite the complexity, in case of correct decision making shows the influencial factors, according to the results of the research, between ۱۱% and ۲۶% is more optimal than the traditional method. It should be noted that the results obtained from the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm had more optimal results in multi-component integrated models than other algorithms investigated in this research. In order to validate the research results, data were also verified in Python.
