The Implementation of Personalized Office Automation to Improve Productivity in Electrical Distribution Company

This paper proposed a new approach to office automation that can enhance employees' productivity. The main idea is based on removing the destructive factors of productivity through personalized applications. This approach can be considered an initial effort to start smart office automation in Iran. Such applications target repetition-based works and they can influence the speed, accuracy, and uniformity of employees' tasks. The studies of this paper can be considered both descriptive surveys and experimental research. In addition, this research is practical in terms of purpose. The proposed approach is investigated on the ۹۷ employees with office jobs in the electricity distribution company of Sistan and Baluchistan.
