چکیده مقاله:
In educational systems, the integration of innovative teaching methods has been recognized as a critical factor in enhancing students' creativity and engagement, yet traditional approaches often prioritize rote learning over experiential and collaborative techniques. This study aimed to investigate the impact of innovative educational programs on fostering creativity among middle school students in Saqez. A quasi-experimental design with pre-test/post-test and control groups was employed; the statistical population included all middle school students in Saqez during the ۲۰۲۳-۲۰۲۴ academic year, with ۱۰۰ students selected via simple random sampling from grades ۷ to ۹. The intervention involved implementing a ۱۶-session innovative teaching package (incorporating participatory, experiential, and digital technologies) over eight weeks. Creativity was measured using the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (Torrance, ۱۹۷۴), and data were analyzed through repeated-measures ANOVA and MANOVA. Results indicated that innovative teaching methods significantly enhanced students' creativity, critical thinking, classroom participation, and self-confidence, while also reducing educational disparities among students with varying creativity levels. Overall, innovative educational programs demonstrate potential as effective tools for nurturing creative skills and improving teaching quality; thus, their expansion in other regions is recommended.
