چکیده مقاله:
The rapid advancement of scientific research has transformed the field of functional foods and nutraceuticals immensely, leading to the development of new methods of health promotion and disease prevention. Recent developments in the formulation, bioavailability, and efficacy of functional foods and nutraceutical foods are highlighted in this article. It also briefly mentions upcoming trends such as personalized nutrition, novel bioactive compounds, and sustainable production. By way of an overview of current challenges and directions, this review emphasizes the critical role innovation can play in broadening the impact of functional foods and nutraceuticals on public health and reports the latest developments in formulation, bioavailability, and efficacy and ongoing trends including personalized nutrition, novel bioactive molecules, and green production.
