چکیده مقاله:
This paper examines the role of dynamic systems in organizational management, highlighting their practical applications and benefits in business settings. The research addresses the limitations of static systems in analyzing organizational behavior by exploring dynamic systems, which consider feedback loops, delays, and long-term consequences. Using a library-based methodology, the study draws upon up-to-date books and scholarly articles to present a thorough review of the history of dynamic approaches, the differences between static and dynamic systems, and the characteristics of system dynamics. The primary research question is How does a dynamic system affect business. The findings indicate that dynamic systems, by modeling events and processes over time, provide a more holistic view of organizational processes, enabling better decision-making. The paper also presents a practical solution for utilizing dynamic systems in organizations through modeling and software tools, offering valuable insights for business leaders. Additionally, an interview with a leading scholar in the field enriches the study’s findings. This research underscores the importance of adopting dynamic systems for organizational decision-making, especially in complex and long-term scenarios. It offers both theoretical contributions and practical tools for businesses seeking to improve their performance and strategic planning through dynamic modeling.
