چکیده مقاله:

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های پیوست اقتصادی در مدیریت دانشگاهی و ارائه چارچوبی نظام مند، جهت ارتقای کارآمدی اقتصادی برنامه ها و فعالیت های دانشگاهی است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی بوده و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه منابع و پایگاههای علمی داخلی و خارجی در حوزه مدیریت اقتصادی و پیوست اقتصادی در اداره دانشگاه ها، در بازه زمانی ۲۰۲۵-۲۰۱۵ و ۱۴۰۴-۱۳۹۴ است. پس از مطالعات و بررسی های لازم ۳۰۵ مقاله با استفاده از ابزار کاسب استخراج و درنهایت ۸۲ مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تایید گردید. یافتهها: در این پژوهش ابعاد و مولفه های پیوست اقتصادی در مدیریت دانشگاهها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در قالب ۷۹ مفهوم کلیدی، ۲۲ مفهوم ثانویه (مولفه) و ۸ مقوله (ابعاد) اصلی استخراج شدند. ابعاد اصلی شناسایی شده عبارت اند از: مدیریت بهینه منابع مالی، تامین، توسعه و پایداری مالی، توسعه سرمایه انسانی، توجه به مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، توجه به رویکردهای نوین اقتصادی، تقویت ارتباط و تعامل با صنعت و بازار، همسویی با برنامه ها و سیاست های کلان دانشگاه و حضور در عرصه بینالملل که در نهایت در قالب یک الگوی تلفیقی شامل ابعاد و مولفه های پیوست اقتصادی ارائه شدند. نتیجهگیری: یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در فرایند مدیریت دانشگاهی توجه به آموزه ها و ملاحظات اقتصاد آموزش، ضرورتی عقلانی و راهبردی است این جریان می تواند به واسطه پیوست اقتصادی، به ارتقای کارکردهای اقتصادی دانشگاه، از جمله بهبود مدیریت منابع، افزایش استقلال و پایداری مالی، ارتقای بهره وری در تخصیص منابع و توسعه فرهنگ و مسئولیت پذیری اقتصادی دانشگاه ها در سطح جامعه منجر شود.
