چکیده مقاله:

The GDBS network is a new decentralized banking system in which only central banks participate as valid nodes. Designed by Ali Borji, its security is ensured through Falcon-۵۱۲ cryptography and the SHA-۲۵۶ hashing algorithm. Unlike common blockchains such as Bitcoin, GDBS has no competitive mining process, and the proof-of-work algorithm is used solely to regulate block production time; therefore, energy consumption and environmental damage are eliminated. In this network, ۲۱۵ blocks are produced daily, and in the header of each block, a specific amount of the digital currency UCC is distributed among countries based on the GDP index. The issuance mechanism is designed so that over ۵۰,۰۰۰ days, the total liquidity will equal three times the current global GDP, after which issuance will stop. This approach enables fair resource distribution and supports low-income countries in meeting essential needs. Another key feature of GDBS is the integration of KYC and AML requirements at the protocol level, which restricts transactions to valid and non-blocked banking addresses. Its three-part block structure (transactions, transaction name list, and header) and the absence of block size limits ensure high efficiency and scalability, allowing each node to process up to ۱۵,۰۰۰ transactions. The elimination of transaction fees and the ability to connect directly to banking systems and POS devices are additional advantages. Full oversight by entities such as FATF, the obligation for banks to grant customers control over private keys, and the possibility of issuing paper currency backed by UCC in the future make this network a new model for financial transparency and global economic justice.
