چکیده مقاله:

This article explores the profound global economic and legal impacts of significant governmental and non-governmental crimes, including the September ۱۱ attacks, ISIS's crimes against humanity, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and conflicts in the Middle East. Each of these events has reshaped the global economy and legal landscape in distinct ways, influencing international trade, security, energy markets, and human rights laws. Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach that combines legal analysis with economic theory, this article assesses how these events affected global financial stability, economic policies, international law, and geopolitical strategies. The article concludes with policy recommendations aimed at mitigating the economic fallout of such events and promoting stronger legal mechanisms to prevent future crimes.
