چکیده مقاله:
The goal of this study is to capture the emergence of a new paradigm whereby a new definition of IHRM may be viewed as a value-driven, ethically-based alternative to the HRM systems already in the practice world. The study intends to develop an integrative framework that accommodates Islamic tenets of justice, trust, accountability, and spiritual development in core HR functions viewed from the IHRM angle. In pursuit of this intention, this research applies the qualitative exploratory research method, which combines systematic literature reviews of peer-reviewed articles published from ۱۹۹۷ to ۲۰۲۴ and multiple case analyses of four successful Islamic organizations. The hybrid method is helpful in identifying the way through which IHRM operationalizes Islamic Values in the areas of recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee relations. Then under these tenets, the research finds that the employment of IHRM principles creates greater employee engagement in organizations, loyalty toward the organization, and sustainability of performance. The IHRM model can even address practical challenges, such as ethical breaches in the workplace and exhaustion. It emphasizes ethicality and spirituality in the process of human capital development. Despite doubts over how universally it can be applied, the study affirms that IHRM can be applied to some contextual settings, as it in practice comes about completely sensitive to distinct organizational and cultural contexts. Thus, the research further proposes a frame recommending standardization of practice IHRM and requires its validation by future empirical studies to expand its applicability across global setups.
