چکیده مقاله:

This systematic review looked at how well telehealth works for people with Down syndrome (DS). People with DS face large barrier in getting good care. We searched four databases; out of ۴۰۶ reports, ۳۹ could be used in this review. Nearly all studies came from rich countries (n=۳–۱۲۳,۰۲۴). They mostly used sites of video calls and apps to give speech language therapy (ST), care for infants, and help with exercise. The work brought big wins: fewer ER visits: ۲۳%. More people saw a doctor to get help: from ۶۷% to ۸۹%. How they spoke was clearer among most people in the studies (۷۶%). This review shows that telehealth helps these groups get good health care easier and do better in their ways.
