چکیده مقاله:
English, as an international language, plays a significant role in modern education systems. With the rise of new technologies, social networks have become one of the common tools in the learning process. This study aimed to examine the impact of social networks on improving English language skills. In this quasi-experimental research, ۶۰ English language students were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group used social networks such as Instagram and Telegram for practice and linguistic interaction over an eight-week period, while the control group relied on traditional methods of education. The findings revealed that purposeful use of social networks led to significant improvements in students' listening, speaking, and vocabulary skills. Conversely, the control group did not exhibit noticeable progress in these areas.
