چکیده مقاله:
The stability of the main coagulation and fibrinolysis factors has an important role in maintaining hemostasis. Imbalance of blood coagulation and blood fibrinolysis factors is associated with accelerated clot formation. The effect of hormones and enzymes is a major factor in the fibrinolysis-coagulation balance and imbalance between them, leads to thrombosis. The type, intensity and duration of exercise in the hemostasis process are very important. Coagulation and fibrinolysis factors are sensitive to intense and long-term sub-maximal exercises (over ۱ hour) with intensity of ۸۰-۷۵ HR max. There is contradictory information about the effect of concurrent exercise (resistance-aerobic) on coagulation and fibrinolysis factors. In concurrent exercise, attention has been paid to both intensity and duration. One of the most important points in performing concurrent exercises is the correct understanding of aerobic and resistance exercises. Few studies are available related to the influence of concurrent exercise on blood coagulation and fibrinolysis and the exact effects of exercise training on the equilibrium between blood coagulation and fibrinolysis is not as yet known. It is necessary to perform different intensity and duration training protocols.
