چکیده مقاله:

Women exposed to social vulnerabilities such as addiction, poverty, and divorce are at heightened risk of developing severe psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and impaired social functioning. Resilience-defined as the ability to adapt positively in the face of adversity—has been identified as a protective factor that mitigates these risks. Resilience-based psychological interventions (RBPI) aim to enhance coping resources, strengthen self-efficacy, and foster adaptive functioning. Although individual studies suggest promising outcomes, no systematic synthesis has comprehensively evaluated their effectiveness across diverse vulnerable populations of women. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA ۲۰۲۰ guidelines. Searches were performed in PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus, and Web of Science for studies published between January ۲۰۰۰ and December ۲۰۲۴. Keywords included resilience intervention, psychological resilience, women, mental health, addiction, poverty, and divorce. Eligible studies investigated resilience-based interventions targeting women facing at least one of these vulnerabilities. Case reports, qualitative-only studies without measurable outcomes, and non-peer-reviewed papers were excluded. Data extraction covered study design, sample characteristics, intervention type, duration, and primary psychological outcomes. The Cochrane Risk of Bias tool was used to assess methodological quality. From ۱,۱۸۴ screened records, ۳۲ studies met inclusion criteria: ۱۲ focused on women with substance use histories, ۱۰ on women in poverty, and ۱۰ on divorced or separated women. Across groups, resilience-based interventions were associated with significant improvements in mental health outcomes. Women with addiction histories
