The digital age, with its profound technological transformations, has created new opportunities and challenges for the field of mental health. Among these, students, as primary users of this space, are increasingly exposed to its effects. This article examines the emerging role of artificial intelligence in facilitating and enhancing counseling services in schools. Focusing on the applications of AI in early diagnosis, providing initial consultations, personalizing interventions, and teaching life skills, this paper seeks to explain how the challenges of the digital age can be transformed into opportunities for improving students' mental health. Furthermore, ethical considerations and challenges of implementing AI in schools, including privacy protection and the need for human oversight, are discussed, and solutions for a sustainable and effective future are presented.
