In the past, organizations lived in a stable space and environment, and managers planned confidently in such conditions, but today we are witnessing rapid and tangible changes in various fields of science and technology and increased competition and complexity in the business environment, so that traditional organizations are unable to adapt to current conditions. In today's modern business, an organization will be successful if it can coordinate itself with new characteristics and put appropriate solutions on its agenda. One of the ways to gain a sustainable competitive advantage is to emphasize organizational learning, train employees, and improve the quality of their information and knowledge. Through organizational learning, sustainable knowledge is produced in individuals and at a higher level in the organization, which enables the organization to implement fundamental transformation plans and new activities. In order to succeed in this goal and implement organizational learning, one of the important characteristics is employee commitment. Employee commitment causes them to have a higher commitment to the organization and place more emphasis on organizational learning. This article examines the effect of organizational affiliation on organizational learning in the branches of Sepah Bank, Kashan.
