The Operational Priorities of Integrating AI to Educational Context: A Call for a Synergic Action

The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has led to dramatic change in different fields including education. It can be argued that the integration of AI in education will most likely change the way we describe educational technology since it inevitably offered a multifaceted field of study. Despite its opportunities, there is a list of challenges to which more items may be added in the future. This paper focused on a number of main worrying challenges including data privacy concern, algorithmic bias and the risk of widening the international digital divide it brings different social and economic groups. According to the related literature, solutions to these challenges encompass a special partnership involving educators, policymakers, and technologists to build inclusive, fair, and transparent AI systems. In addition, preparing students to use artificial intelligence for social use has to be taken into account. This paper aims to present the main areas of threat of this phenomenon to the reader with a pathological perspective and based on what has been presented in the scientific and research texts in the field of these threats and to introduce a roadmap for Draw practical and research actions.
