چکیده مقاله:

This study compares the performance of Ultra -High -Performance Concrete (UHPC) with Normal Concrete in the context of precast components, focusing on mechanical properties, durability, and economic efficiency. The research highlights UHPC's superior compressive strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity, making it ideal for applications where high structural integrity and stability are essential. Mechanical testing revealed that UHPC can withstand higher loads and resist deformation more effectively than Normal Concrete. Durability tests also demonstrated UHPC’s exceptional resistance to harsh environmental conditions, such as freeze -thaw cycles, chemical exposure, and marine environments, outlasting Normal Concrete in all categories. The superior durability of UHPC results in a longer service life and reduced maintenance costs, particularly for infrastructure exposed to extreme conditions. While the initial cost of UHPC is higher than Normal Concrete, long -term savings in maintenance and repairs make it a cost -effective option for projects with demanding performance requirements. The findings suggest that UHPC is a more sustainable material in terms of both performance and lifecycle costs, particularly for high -performance infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, and coastal structures. This study concludes that despite the higher upfront investment, UHPC offers significant long -term advantages, making it a suitable choice for applications requiring high strength, durability, and long -lasting performance. Future research should focus on optimizing UHPC production processes to reduce costs and expand its use in various construction applications.
